HEEELLLLPPP!!!

I have a M-Audio Fast Track USB Interface that i would like to use to record, and i hooked it up to my computer, installed it and everything. It works fine with the windows sound recorder, the microphone comes out in stereo, but when i go to Live 6, it comes out mono, not stereo. Can anyone help me with this problem?! Thanks.

Hi,
What you have to do is make sure the In/Out view is enabled via the View menu, and then set the track's input to '1' or '2' instead of '1&2', so you record only a mono signal into the track, and that signal will be centered. You have to do so if you are recording a mono source such as a microphone or a guitar.
