Ableton 6.03 loads but doesn't show

just reformated but 6.03 doesn't show up 
It loads normally, scans the vst's and disapears after that.....
On the other hand it is still showing up in the process list and cant be
killed.......... I have to reboot to make another try each time...
Ableton 6.0.1 doesn't make any trouble on the other hand
What's going on ?
