Live not reading waves vst on mac?

Hey,
Is there anyone using the waves diamond bundle for mac osx?
Everything seems to have installed fine, but it doesn't appear in the vst tab on the left of the screen even though the waveshells are there.
I have had this problem installing waves on a PC but that was alot easier to figure out...
I am new to mac and I have been scratching my head for a couple of days now.... can anybody help?
