I lost all my sounds

So i lost my all my operator sounds all of my impulse sounds and all of my simpler sounds. i was tryin to install live 6 sounds on live 5 and it like whiped them all out completely. does any one know how to fix this problem?

Live 6 sounds won't work in Live 5.
www.dontcrack.com has some free, legal DAWs.

I fixed my problem this thread can be closed
