-MIDINoteFeedback on OSX and Ableton Live 5.2.x

Just so that you all know. On OSX and Ableton Live 5.2.x MIDINoteFeedback is not turned on by default as stated in the brilliant Wiki: http://www.teragon.org/wiki/index.php?title=Options.txt
i.e. you need to add a Options.txt file when using this setup.
