I've noticed that you con only apply effects to an entire track and not the single clip. What I would like to be able to do is change the effect on a track several times throughout the body of the song. There has to be a way to do it. they've thought of every thing else.

well, if nothing else you can put all the effects you will be using onto the track, then automate each effect's on/off in the arrangement

great...It works....i feel stupid now.

or, even better, use Clip envelopes!
