Hanging playback if I use MIDI clips with program changes

Dear Ableton users,
I have some problems with "hanging" playback if I start MIDI Clips which include program changes (Bank, Sub-Bank, Program) to change the program of the VST instrument.
Example:
I have 2 different scenes. Each scene contains 3 Audio Clips and 1 MIDI Clip.
Scene "1" contains a MIDI clip that plays a bass sound of the VST instrument "Arturia Arp2600".
Scene "2" contains a MIDI clip that plays a lead sound of the VST instrument "Arturia Arp2600".
If I start Scene 1 everything works fine. But if I start scene 2, the MIDI clip forces the Arturia Arp2600 VST instrument to change the programm in order to play the lead sound. This causes the audio playback to hang for some mili seconds.
The hanhing playback also occurs if I use the VST instrument "Audiorealism Bassline Pro".
is there a way how I can avoid that the playback hangs?
