nuendo 2.1.10 and live 3.0 rewire problem

hello guys,
i have a problem rewireing those two. i'm getting the message "detected problems withReWire master aplication..."
now, i can still open my project (although, it's goin' really slow) and i can play the arrangement if i'm in to nuendo's project and i can hear live's arrangement. in the meantime, i can't change anything in live. not only that, if i switch to live window the sound stops. back to nuendo, everything's cool.
anyone else expirienced this problem? any help would be appreciated.
