Anil Chawla - 'Fever' Remix Competition

Calling all producers / remixers!

With heavy support from the likes of Hernan Cattaneo and Nic Fanciulli amongst others, ANIL CHAWLA is fast becoming a household name on the UK house scene as a DJ/Producer of significant talent and demand. Anil is monthly resident at Turnmills’ monthly mini-festival ‘Together’ and has regularly graced the decks at clubbing dens like Sankeys, Honeyclub and The Egg in recent times. His international diary is also filling up heavily, but it’s as a producer that the Mixmag Future Hero is also in high demand. Anil's sound covers everything from deep and melodic-funky to freaky-acid and electronic house.

His debut single (in collaboration with Dale Anderson), 'Disco Stew', was released on Fanciulli’s Saved Records imprint and the follow up ‘Make Me Feel’ featured on Nic’s debut Renaissance compilation too. His remix of Tall Paul's 'Got It' received much critical acclaim and notable plays from Pete Tong on Radio 1, propelling him to the next level and his very own monthly show on Ministry of Sound Radio. With a plethora of productions set for release on Cr2, Saved, Urbantorque and Global Underground, this is your chance to remix Anil's latest track 'FEVER' for UK house label FRAGILE RECORDINGS.

The winning remix will be released as a digital download alongside all other mixes of the track on sites including Beatport and DJDownload.com amongst others, and the artist will receive 33% of all sales royalties from their version!

That's really good to see.

All too often, remix competitions are used as a way for the label / original artist to get a cheap remix at the expense of an up and coming producer. I'm glad to see Anil Chawla and Fragile aren't guilty of the same kind of exploitation. Nice one, guys.

Yeah, that I can live with. If Anil was a little less decent...practically naked...then I'd consider it. Otherwise, that curry bastard is on his own.

I already thought that the decandent West hit you and that maybe you talaqed the gori, shaved your legs and gone to the other side of Brahmaputro.

Yeah, it's around 125bpm, though I can double-check for you.
