No Rewire Outputs available in Live

I am trying to Rewire Lice to Logic 6.4. I wish to use my Kontakt sampler plugin in Live as a midi AU, then send the audio outputs to Logic.
How the F>/@* do i do this?? I am following the instruction from the guide on this site but am having no luck mainly because I do not have any Rewire Bus options in the Main Outputs of Midi and Audio tracks in Live 5.
I Start Logic, Create two audio objects.
Set these as Rewire L and Rewire R. (Coincidently, there is no Bus labelled Ableton or Live in this menu but there are for other plugins that I have such as BFD. Does this matter?)
Open Live.
Go to set the output of midi and audio tracks as Rewire bus L and R. There is no options. Nothing. All I have is the ouptuts from my Firewire interface.
What is happening???
Can anybody help with this problem.
