several midi problems in clip session

Hi,
today I had several difficulties working in Live. It may be connected with the time pressure I have (Murphy's law). Now I'm a bit frustrated and write a bug report instead of finishing the Session. Anyay, that needs to be done as well...
Not all points were new today but hit.
pasting Midi notes allways misplaced
I have no idea how to paste notes at (e.g.)the beginning of a clip
• take a midi clip containing notes, select some/all and copy (strg+c)
• select another existing midi clip (different length), and paste
-> the notes are placed in kind of random time point
missing sysex
Thats very hard for me, because my Nordlead works perfectly with sysex. Simply record the sysex of the actual sound just a second before the midi notes start playing. It's only a few bytes and make things so easy! In Live I can't use this easy way but working with programchange (saving each nuance in preset numbers and recall it via clip) is fucking complex and unituitive.
Handling CC (midi continous controls) makes me crazy!
I flog a dead horse with many CC problems:
anwanted record of CC
• play with Synth1 using CControls
• change to another track containing Synth2, don't move Controls, and record some notes
-> imediatly the sound of the Synth2 has changed, because the clip contains unwanted CC's
needed CC's are overriden by not existing CC's?
• my thought: have a Clip one scene before, sending CC's. So the sound is prepared and I start the sequence loop without CC's in next scene but turning live CControls (e.g. sweeping up a 303)
• so I set the CC's, record the "controler clip" - ok
• create/have a note sequence in next scene (Look to it that it doesn't contain any CC's)
• now playback: first controler clip, then sequence clip
-> the sound changed!! whatheF*%&§#!?
-> the Clip with extra no CC's sends them. Obviously because there was a CC-clip before. If I turn controls by hand an start sequnce clips (without CC's) they don't chance the sound anymore... So setting sound this way has no change either! At this point I frustrated stopped working with Live today.
removal of CC's is extrem circumstantial - or did i miss a function
• play with Synth using CControls
• record without movin controls
• Live "remembered" and recorded several CC's :-/ e.g.7 entries
-> please show me a way how to remove all these CC's fast and easy
last and least: installing livepack crash's live when installing in the same session (back-to-back)
regards
