Boy, does my soundcard and laptop HATE LIVE!

Please tell me that there is a solution to these microsecond audio interruptions I experience EVERY SINGLE TIME I PLAYBACK IN LIVE 2.0. It isn't a silencing issue because it affects timing as well. I use a Toshiba Satellite A25 with a Tascam US-122. Never happens if I use the POS onboard soundcard in the laptop.
