Accessing all 64 midi inputs in Kontakt 2 Player?

I see there are 64 separate midi channels separated to 4 groups in Kontakt 2 Player.
When I output stuff to Kontakt 2 Player, I only see 16 channels in Live. Is it possible to send stuff to the channels 17-64 in Kontakt 2 (Player)?
