Live Crashes when loading .mov Video

When I try to drag and drop any video clip (.mov) into the arrange page in Live, Live immediately crashes and quits. Therefore, I cannot load any videos into Live.
Please help?
OSX 10.4.9
MacBook Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz

I am getting this exact same problem.
Drag a .mov file into live = instant crash and Live quits.
This happens with different .mov files and Live versions 6.0.7 6.0.10 & 7.0.1.
Please Help!!!
I have a TV job that has to be done in 5 days, not having this feature is a real pain, It's half the reason I bought the software!
Do you need a specific version of Quicktime installed? I have 7.2.
I'm using an ADK 1Q Laptop
