Problems with Virus TI

Hello

I have big Problems using my new VIrus TI in Live with the Virus Control.

1. If I use the arpeggiator of the TI, the Syncronisation of the Virus doesn't match the Syncronisation of Live. The only way to fix this, is to give the Virus one bar "synchronisation time" before playing the arp

2. Sometimes my Virus doesn't play a part (in this case a pad). There is a Midi Signal sent to it, and he got it, too, But it doesn't send any audio signal of this part back to ableton live. If I disable one of the other (the Bassline) Parts, then the ti plays this pad. This is a curios Problem.

Any Ideas? Thanks

Sorry for my English, it was pretty difficult for me to write down my Problems (I'm from Germany).

>>>How many parts do you have going at once? Even though Access says the TI can use 80 voices, in actually use the number is usually far lower. Also, the TI has to CPU's basically, and they process odd and even numbered parts. IE, CPU 1 does parts 1, 3, 5, 7, etc, and CPU does part 2, 4, 6, 8, ect. So spread your parts out among odd and evens! www.virusti.com<<<

Yes, I'm using Version 2.0.2

I'm using 6 Parts at the same time, 1 - 6.
But till now I didn't know this thing with the even and odd parts.
Thanks! I'm going to try this.
