HOW DO U SAVE YOUR SAMPLES in SAMPLER ?

i tried colelct all and save when my sample is in it and its not allowing me to do it ? dunno, just trying to make sure my thing sticks

You need to be much more specific if you seek for help:
give a step by step instruction of how you did things, and somebody will certainly see where there is a mistake. Something like:
-I create a new set
-I put this and that in the set
-I save it here by doing that
-I try to collect and save it by this method
.....
