Live freezes at alieased wav's

first: The usage of aliases is a great feature!
Working with folders this way is very helpful. Today I found, that aliases of wav's itself freeze Live:
Looking for sounds in a large sample lib I use external solution to find needed files (Wincommander). To prehear the list of sounds found in Live I tried the following:
- make aliases from the found wav's into a extra "prehear" folder
- in Live navigate to this folder and switch on prehear
- select files to prehear them...
-> unfortunately Live (6.0.5) fully freezes for some minutes, later it reacts but doesn't play anything. I could even drag in one file and everything looks fine, but nothing happens anymore and i have to restart Live.
Would be great to be able handling and playing aliases of wav's, too.
