live 6.05 intel mac, playback hangs on waking from sleep

I've had a weird problem on my macbook that's happened to me twice now and is starting to worry me. If I have a set open and the macbook goes to sleep, when I wake it up the Live interface is frozen, but the live menu functions work. I can select different menu options, open the preferences, etc, but nothing I click on the actual live screen (clips, sliders etc) works. Also if I hit the cpu test in the preferences, nothing happens. I ran top in a shell and the Live process is running at 100% cpu. One of the times it did this I was able to rescue it by putting it back to sleep and waking it up again.
