After years of using Cubase and nothing else but Cubase, i have completely converted to Live, especially because it is so easy to use and so fast to get down ideas. For a year or so I have also been using it as my main DJ program.

What I would like to see is the possibility to see more info in the file browser, like in Windows own file browser you can choose to see artist, title, BPM, title of album etc.

I usualy, warp my tracks, and then rename them with BPM Ttile-Artist-Genre.

Whit this in the file browser the job would be so much easier.

Hope I make myself clear.

WOW, that many replies...??? I guess this was something everybody wanted...:-P 8O :D

Guess not the most important, but, probably an easy implementation?

Ok, never mind.

I would love a better browser for sure !
Something intended for dj use, with iTunes support, ratings, smart playlists...

Good

So, we´re at least two :) . Live is so great to Dj with and this will just make everything so much easier (am i repeating myself?).

I´ll rest my case for now.

Agreed.

I also think that it should be possible to have a reduced preview waveform right where the preview data is and it should let you click to jump to the desired point in the audio file. Sometimes it takes you one minute until you recognize the file you are previewing!!!.

I like the way Traktor has solved this issue... but also Cubase lets you "jump" while previewing on audio import (no data display, though).
