Vst plug-ins

Hi!

I have downloaded addicate drums,and I want to have it like an plug-in in ableton. how do I do ?

When I try: please select the folder in which your VST-Plug-ins reside comes up

Hi,

If it is a VST plugin that you installed, it should be installed in a folder on your computer, that contains all VST plugins. You then have to set the path of that folder in Live, when prompted, and the plugins will be available in Live.

What is this plugin you installed? I'm not aware of 'addicate drums'. Is it 'addictive drums'?

Are you on a Mac or a PC?

Hi, I have a PC. Of course I mean 'addictive drums'. I have downloaded Rhino2 and it works perfectly. Mayby I have installed AD wrong. But I have put it in my VST folder. I really don't know,

Hello,

On installing Addictive frums, you are asked which plugin format you want to use. Did you choose VST? That is what will work with Live.

Otherwise, you should contact Xln Audio support, as it seems to be related to their product.
