Synchronising two computers with Live files

Hello,
I have got a wireless network between a WIN XP laptop and a VISTA Desktop..
Out of the blue i successfully connected the two computers on a wireless network (without using any routers - just computer to computer directly)
I am using a utility called Handy Backup to synchronise my music folders over the network !
i.e. I do all my work at the desktop and then every day there is a scheduler to synchronise my laptop music folder (including exact structure !) pretty neat.. (let me know if you need any help on how I do this)
Now... I can do exactly the same thing with Live ..but which files do I need to be synchronising and which temp folders ?
thanks
ash
