windows only, doesn't sound like much of a competition to me.
screen shots look nice though, I like the non fanciness of it.

the specs are pretty amazing for the price
there doesn't seem to be an equivalent for session view, but it looks pretty good.
lots of feature that i'd like to see in live: crossfades, user assignable hotkeys....

I have tried it and I have to say it is very impressive. The fact that you can run it from a USB stick is even more cool. So while I am working I can plug into my work PC and away I go. Not bad I say.
