I don't like to ask for help because I like to believe I can learn or find the answers myself, but apparently not... -unless what i'm trying to do is impossible.

anyway, i figured i'd ask because, while i don't post so much, i definitely read plenty and know someone here can answer or help.

I want to use both left and right channels of the stereo out of the laptop (1/8") thru a Y-adapter to RCA in one-channel of the mixer, as the Master out for Ableton in Session view. Simple enough, and no problem there! but... Then I want to set the cue out in Ableton to any out on my M-Audio Fast Track Pro so I can cue in stereo while the performance remains in stereo. Is there anyway to split master and cue to two separate STEREO audio outs? or use the 2 outs of the fast track to accomplish what i'm going for?

You can use the 2 outs on the Fast Track. I do this with a M-audio Audiophile.

Pick the Fast Track as your soundcard in Live preferences. Then check page 135 of the manual.
