Vokator bugs in Live 6

I just did a quick search for Vokator bugs on the forum and did not find any information.
I am using Live 6.0.5 with Vokator and I'm having lots of problems. Live is not functioning properly. I realise that the UB version of Vokator just came out, but that is not what I'm using. I have a Powerbook running 10.4.4, 1.5gHz, 512 ram. Vokator is version 1.1.0
I created a set over my vacation using mostly MIDI tracks. Lots of software instruments, lots of frozen tracks. Vokator FX was used on an Audio track. I recorded a simple vocal take running Vokator FX in the track.
Six problems occured:
1) When I froze the track, both the recorded audio and the Vokator FX plug-in did not produce any sound, until it was unfrozen.
2) When I flattened the track, no waveform would be drawn, and no sound would be created. The audio vanishes.
3) I created a new audio track to resample the processed audio onto it. I was really bummed when this task failed as well. No audio could be resampled to another track.
4) Now the track I created with Vokator FX and the recorded vocal does not play back. The waveform is there, the plug is there, the meters are moving, there is just no longer any sound. I don't think I'm making a routing error.
5) I tried to render the set and the vocal track was not in the mix.
6) I duplicated the track. That brought the audio back, meaning, it would now playback as I had first created it. I tried to then render the song, and again, the vocal could not be heard on the rendered track.
I'm plum out of workarounds.
