Line 6 Tone Port KB37- Opinions???
I am considering purchasing a line 6 toneport kb 37 to use with live 6 on a new macbook. If anyone has experience with this piece of hardware any opinions or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hey I was looking into getting one of these as well.... Anybody got any updates or experience to add? is it any good? What is the latency like with it?
I travel a bit with work & just got a refurb MBP to take away with me. I play guitar & some keys & was interested in this as it kinda kills 2 birds with the one stone. For me I could then easily take a laptop, guitar, & midi keyboard to fill in my evening hours away.
Thanks in advance....

I have the toneport DI - Gold. It is a nice piece of software and a large dongle (that poses as a 1/4" instrument interface). I enjoy Pod Farm's VST (and standalone) software. The interface is heavy with a metal chasis but I can't vouch for the quality of the the A to D conversion. If I am recordining I use my firepod instead. However the latency never bothered me when playing through the toneport. I thought it was a great value on sale for $99.
