Annoying plugin windows poping up after enabling command-P

I use command-P to open plug-in windows when needed.
But there is a some kind of "problem" that makes them automatically open when I switch to the track that contains them. (Some other functions make them popup as well) That's pretty annoying.
Please, address this issue.
Also it would be very helpful to have those windows arranged in a way so that they are not behind each other.
A quick keyboard shortcut to toggle between types of view arrangement would be great.
thank you.

you have an option in the prefs to switch off the "auto-hide" function for VST plugins.

Hello,

It works as follows:

If 'auto-hide plugin window' is ON in the Preferences, and if a plug-in window is opened on a track, selecting another track will hide the plugin window. But selecting again the track containing the plugin will re-open automatically the plugin window, as it was not properly 'closed'.
