Problem with Plugin Deactivation

I upgraded to Live 6 and was trying to run Battery as a plugin when Live just froze up. I had to terminate the program and upon restarting a window popped up telling me it was going to deactivate Battery as a plugin. So I've tried reinstalling both programs and have the most recent updates of both and I'm wondering how to reset my plugin preferences. The programs work fine on my laptop, but it for some reason isn't working on my desktop. Any suggestions?
