Plugin Delay Compensation...

im having massive problems with midi and PDC... as in... that "track delay" in MS is completely wonkey....as in i can pull back a midi tracks delay to some 300ms... doesnt seem to move ... or i need to sometimes go -98 ms to get midi to trigger about 2ms early... which is different almost every time i use the PDC.... i just dont get it :(

Hi,

Can you be a bit more precise in describing what you are trying to achive, in which situations you feel you need to move the data etc... What is your use case?

I had a topic posted recently about a similar problem, where if I couldn't get it fixed, my last solution would be to reinstall windows. Now I have, and I STILL have that problem. Nothing is in sync, no matter if the PDC is on or off (however, when its off, most things are in sync, while with it turned on, things are up to half a beat late in 120 bpm. I can't work like this...

Right now I'm about to see if the same problem occurs with Ableton 5.
