Noise/Sinus generator in Live 6

Hi,
I just wondered if theres any way to get a Noise/Sinus tone generator in Live 6?
Does there exist any free vst-plugins for my purpose maybe?

Any free synth VST should be able to do both sinus and noise. Or you could find samples somewhere and drop them in as a clip or in Simpler.
I don't know if Audacity (free sound editor) can generate sound files with those waves, but I'm pretty sure Sound Forge can.

The only problem is that I haven't got the license for operator...
