Bug Live 6.0.5 + Terratec USB Sound Card + Usb Hercules Mk2

Hi,
I'm using ableton live 6.0.5 with a Terratec Phase 26 Usb card in asio mode and i'm also using a Hercules Mk2 Controler & Sound Card.
I'm trying to set live to use the terratec sound card in asio mode, and the hercules Mk2 only as Controler.
Can somebody help me please, it works separatly but not together.
