All of a sudden two tracks which make use of the same reference sample are greyed out and don't play (the whole track, not the individual samples). At first the sample was missing (I had moved it from its original place), but I relinked it; i can't figure it out.

Try the 'Back to Arrangement" button, if you haven't.
