Live Lite 4 Behringer Edition Help!

Why is arrangment editinng not avilable? Everytime I want to insert a sfx it wants me to switch to DEMO MODE, and in Demo mode you can't save anything. Also when I want to sample a sfx, i use to be able to double click on them and hear the sound, now nothing at all. If someone can help me out here, it would be helpful. Thxs..
