problems with absynth 4 and live

hey im running absynth 4.01 and i have problems after a clean install of windows with absynth and live.
after a while i wont be able to click on any of the option menus in absynth without live and the app disapearing
no error message is generated.
does anyone have a recomended fix for this?

I'm not making any accusations here, but I know for a fact that the only way NI's been able to reproduce crashing the host to the desktop after a period by clicking on the menus and buttons as you describe (which also happens in other hosts, by the way) is with shall we say not quite legal versions of Absynth. I definitely can't reproduce it here.
If this isn't the case, I'd submit a support ticket over at NI if I were you.

yeah i have a licence. I dont like ni's support much and i thought id post here because i thought it might be ableton specific. its my only host so i wouldn't know otherwise but it didn't happen when i had absynth installed on my other machine. thanks anyway!

File a support request, and then leave me a PM or e-mail me through my profile here with the ticket number. I might be able to hasten the process a little...
