live + ucontrol uc33e + acer aspire 5570 HELP

hi! here's my first post.

i have this ucontrol uc33e midi controller, live 6.0.7 and acer aspire 5570 notebook. when i plug the controller, i get that mssg saying that my new hardware (midi usb controller) its installed and ready to use. when i go to preferences in live to set up the midi controller, is not available there. it is like it doesnt recognize it when i got that "ready to use new hardware" mssg.

then i went to "my computer" properties n then i check the drivers for the controller were working "good" and they're ok.

what can i do?
