Improved Scale plugin

- Dynamic note name display. (Display notes at correct grid line when "root key" changes)
- Switch to change note names to Roman numerals. ("Root key" would always be I )
- Different color for the "fifth" grid line.
3 simple additions that can significantly improve the worth of the Scale plugin.
Nothing more to add here...
Its a great plugin and it can only get greater.
