What do you guys think about it? Is it any good?

It's awesome, though overpriced compared to EZD at this time, and with no expansion packs yet offered. It does come with all the built-in effects, which could either be sweet or redundant depending on what you have now and how you like to work your drum tracks.

I have EZD and really like it, but I'll probably pick up AD eventually...just waiting for a lower price and more development.

It's brilliant. All mixing can be done within the program because the effects are great.

and to add, seriously stable, fine on the cpu, easy to use, you get things done, and although cheesy to say, it is addictive.

It also loads quickly and the interfac eis slicky. I still think the midi files alone are worth the price of Ezdrummer though, to my ear the clips in AD don't compare. But one logic step at thsi point would be to get AD for quick layering, skip Ez and get DFH Superior for great, great drum tracks.

I know mags are not the ideal place for info.......but musictech did a perfect 10 on AD........just to let you know.

i want it but i want some add on's and since they dont have any expansion kits i think i will holdout a little longer

It's really good, but Live 7.07 is crashing often when using it!?

AD is the absolute business!
Highly recommend it!

I've tried a shedload of drum plugs over the years - discovered AD a couple of weeks back and it's the dogs borlicks. Lovin it!
