Hi,
Do you own a
Ultimate
Dj
Gear bag...?
Do you have it beside / near you..?
Could you have a look to see if it has a "Made in Thailand" tag on the inside bottom of the bag..? I thought these bags were supposed to be made in the Netherlands?
I may have gotten a fake one by mistake off Ebay (Surprise, surprise

)
btw.... does your UDG bag smell like a shitty cows hoof covered in metrathetrahydroxideinebichlorideynol too..?

I've had the UDG Courier Bag Delux for a couple of years now. I DEFINITELY bought it direct from UDG (Paid in Euro's and everything!).
You can rest at ease - mine says "Made in Thailand", too.
(No smell of shiyit, though. Althoufg I do remember it, and my record box bag, stinkin' a bit when new. Maybe it goes away over time...)

Mine doesn't smell. I'm at work so can't check where it was made.

Thanks guys.
I got a UDG Courier, it was the more or less the same price as the UDG shop. It has all the tags, a sticker, a rubber sown-on UDG emblem. Everything looks authentic. What worried me was the fact that there is no padding on the bag (it's not the Deluxe version, but still... would it have hurt to use a little foam here and there..?). The zips look a bit cheapo, I would have expected a few YKK zips or something. The stink of chemicals off it, like a waterproofing spray afterthought or something. Plus the fact that I've been to the Kao San Road in Bangkok and seen the stalls of endless knock-off gear. They had the full branding thing going on too... Hrmmmm... 'spose time will tell; If it falls apart, lets water into my laptop or still stinks of shit in a few months.

Yup, my UDG courier bag is also Made In Thailand. Smells faintly of dust

and alcohol

- no complaints, fine bag.
