When Mapping MIDI CTRL+M I hear a Keyboard/Note Sound!!

Hey everyone... I am having trouble and I don't know what the issue is...
I use an X-session Pro.... and have been using it for a good little while... but now... when I set up a template for the controller...
And assign all the buttons... when I set up the Play options... for the track... I assign it to.... when I go in an out of the midi (Ctrl+M) I hear what sounds like a note on a keyboard / piano.... anytime I trigger a song... I hear it as well....
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?? I don't know if I changed something and didn't realize it or what! Please let me know guys... It is really really driving me nuts... and I have tried everything... and haven't seen anything on this site regarding this issue!!
