So I have been complaining that the auto BPM in warp has not been functioning correctly when I import loops from a source I know the exact bpm of... I've been transfering parts from our CD to Live to integrate into our live shows...
Turns out, the first song I choose starts in 3/4 not 4/4 and I spaced it out,
it took me about 2 hours to figure that one out...
That would be the reason for the odd bpm readings...
and the odd playback of 8 bar loops I transfered...
Duh,
