Missing Clips on Reinstall of 3.0.1

Hey all,
I got a new laptop (same as my other one). I copied the entire Live 3.0.1 folder of my old laptop to an external firewire drive. I then installed 3.0.1 on my NEW laptop, copied the "content" folder from the backup I made, but now when I open any .als file, I am missing clips and scenes! Is there somewhere else I need to backup and copy over?
I have the old drive, I just need to know everything I need to copy over to make sure I am running on my new laptop.
