MIDI Sync to Korg Electribe does not work properly

hi there,
I use ableton 3.01 as MIDI master which sends a MIDI clock signal to the
MIDI OUT of my MIDIMAN USB 2x2 MIDIsport midi interface to sync
an external drum sampler, the "KORG Electribe SX".
My setup:
- Ableton 3.01 (I also tried 2.03 but I had the same problems)
- win2000
- laptop dell lattitude C610
- Echo DJ PCMCIA audio card (25 ms latency)
If I load only 3-4 loops into an ableton live project, the Electribe
is synced properly.
If I load about 300 loops into an ableton live project (CPU usage at 45%)
the Korg SX is not synced properly. It seems, that the Korg starts one half beat (4/4 beat) too late. Here is an example what happens in detail.
Assume, I have loaded an ableton live projects including 300 loops.
Live plays only 1 loop, let's say a 4/4 drumloop where the KICK is set
on step "1", "5", "9", "13" (according to a 16 Steps pattern).
The Korg plays only a kick which is set also on step "1", "5", "9", "13" (according to a 16 Steps pattern). When the Korg is synced to Ableton Live (which is the MIDI master), it seems, that the Korg plays the kick on step "3", "7", "11", "15". What's wrong with that?
To make it clearer:
Here is my 4/4 Pattern containing 16 steps:

In the last Example (Example 2 - Ableton Project with 300 or more loops) the kick from the ableton drumloop does not match the kick of the electribe although the kick played by the electribe pattern is set to "1", "5", "9", "13".
Any idea where this half beat delay comes from?
