Strange issue with Live 6.07 EQ 3 plugin and feedback

Hello, I've done a search on this and not been able to find anything (apologies if I haven't looked hard enough)

we've got an issue with Live 6.07 running on our Mac Pro 4x2.66 (on OS X) where audio tracks with EQ 3 on them randomly stop playing as they should and the EQ 3 plugin generates a wall of high pitched sine wave/feedback style noise which stops when the EQ plugin is turned off but after this no audio plays from any track. The issue seems to occur randomly and happens on all of our audio interfaces including the internal Apple stock soundcard. I have no strange routings or returns setup either in the software or with my audio hardware. I've tried permissions repairs and pratically everything else I can think of but the problem is still presenting. Does this sound familiar to anybody?

Cheers

Hi,

Could you identify a simple step by step scenario on how to reproduce this? It would be really helpfull for us to fix the bug if any..

Regards,
Amaury

EQ 3

Yes I've had a problem with EQ 3 similar to what armchair has. The other week I loaded up a track I'm working on and when I hit play I could not hear anything, I went through all the plugins turning them off and on , and it turned out to be EQ 3. I too had the same sound mentioned above come out of the track it was on when I took it off the track and then put it back in again, and messed with the parameters. Also, I put compressor 2 on a track in another project, and when I started setting it up, the track it was on went silent. I haven't got any strange routing going on anywhere either. Having said that its been running great lately and I've had no problems, just thought I should share it with you.
