I've been playing with Monolake's PX18 sequencer and Live but I've been unable to make it work. http://loadbang.com/twiki/bin/view/Share/Monolake

Has anybody else managed to make the two work together ?

I can get Live to sync to the PX18, but I can't seem to get the PX18 to send any note/event data.

Same here. That puppy is a little too advanced for me.
Either that or it needs an update, because its a relatively old patch. A lot of old patches tend to get broken with major max updates. And the universal binary update..

Shame. It looked quite fun.

The meanwhile very old PX-18 sequenzer indeed has some nice features but it is horribly bad programmed. I just had a look at it and I think it needs a major redesign. Also it has been created long before Live and is loaded with features no one would want in conjunction with Live anymore. On the other side it misses some features I would want nowadays.

I will try to scale it down to the essence and allow multiple instances so it can be used in many tracks. But this might take two or three work days and I am not sure when I will find the time for this....
