Live wont open, crashes immediately on start up

hi,.
just recently i reinstalled my system, currently os x on 10.4.8, on a dp800 G4 quicksilver power mac, and now none of the live applications will open. i first noticed this with the update 6.0.7, but it seems to be with the older versions of live also, live 6.05, and each version down to live 5.2.1. the update was downloaded and installed after i reinstalled my system, the other versions are existing installations. i've attached the crash log for live, can you offer any assistance?

in addition to this, i've trashed all live install folders, killed prefs, repaired disks/perrmissions where necessary, tried installing/running off the installation cd which came with the live box (5.2), nothing. abes have been notified twice via email, (one of) the crash dumps follow.

certainly. didn't realise there was a 6.0.8 beta, i'll give it a crack, although i'm gonna guess that the same thing will happen. i've been trying to get the 6.07 program to run, without avail, and also conversing with one of your excellent support staff. i'll let him know of the thread next round.....

so, it seems the only solution was to reinstall the os. which i've done, and live works ok now. except i misplaced my serial. is it possible to get it re-sent? did i read in the original email that i couldn't ge it resent? i'm not sure, it was so long ago. but the abes have been mailed just hoping they might see this and chek their emails before they go to the weekend.

If you can't retrieve your serial on your account, try to find your invoices, and the mails we sent you, you should find the serial, somewhere, and otherwise, contact [email protected]
