OSC and reaktor. using LIVE to automate REAKTOR and keep OSC

here are my ideas on how to interconnect live and reaktor so that live serves as an automator for actions you do in reaktor.

0. WHY?
* because building an automator within reaktor can become far too complex.
* because live has wicked stuff within the realm of using midi clips and racks.

1. two computers
reaktor sends midi out through a midi interphase to the other computer. live can then record midi events that are sent from reaktor as midi. then when live plays back, reaktor remembers what it did.

this idea is to keep OSC inputs into reaktor (sensors, videocam, the outside world in general) and then you can remember the moves you made with your outside world as midi messages that will enter live. yeah some precision is lost but still its cute.

2. one computer
reaktor needs an osc to midi converter (being built by my friend) so that we can open reaktor in live as VST plugin. then reaktor would be sending coverted (osc into) midi into live.

YOUR OPINIONS PLEASE !!!

:D

if your on windows that new python interface might be what your lookinng for. some gentle hacking might give you all the functionality you need (and more).

but i guess your solution is as good as any,
