Look at the video, left hand of Bush with black watch with black watchband, then after 1:00 *it's not there*?
Also, in Europe, isn't whistling another way of booing? Is it the same in Albania?

Albania is one of the rougher neighborhoods in Eastern Europe. A really good friend of mine lived their most of her life, and things were stolen all the time.
I dunno about whistling, but I do know the vast majority of Albanians love America. And Bill Clinton.

It certainly looks like it is gone once he starts interacting with that large crowd.
Hmmmmm.

FYI - he actually takes the watch off and hands it to one of his guards
I saw it this morning on the news - he didn't get jacked for it

I was having lunch with Albanian girl today and we laughed a lot about the story. Tough situation, the only place in the world, at least in Europe, where they love Bush. If someone took it , embarrassing, if Bush took it off- meaning mistrusting only people who show him some love- even worse.
If someone took it, I must say my respect for the idea, "let us go, make artificial confusion ( thieves work in teams) and take the motherfuckers watch".
BTW. If I had to go to any such crowd of Albanians, I wouldn't have any valuables on me, I live in Frankfurt so I know exactly what i am talking about.

i don't know about that adonis. colbert played the clip from another angle last night and it looked like it got jacked. steven colbert said that the secret service announced a secret service agent pulled it from his wrist so it would not get stolen. it still looked like it was swiped.
but it would be on eBay already

that was swiped as clear as day, you can see a guy run his hand down Bush's arm then there is a quick movement and someone runs off in the top right of the screen. Its plain to see. He goes into the crowd with it on and nobody touches him but the crowd. is there an Albanian ebay?

Well pilfered.
Exploratory arm feel then an undo of the clasp and it's gone.
If it wasn't nicked we'd have seen the watch over and over being paraded on Fox etc and probably an interview with the Service guy he "gave it to".
What about some truth George? Ever?

You can see bush give the watch to the agent as clear as day. Don't watch the arms, watch the body language.
And in one of the angles you clearly see the agent pocketing "something"...
I think that was on the footage on Colbert.

huh.

Maybe I'll watch again more closely, checking to see if any Albanians in the crowd have a watch, then not
