How exactly do you sell a Live license?
Do you take it off your machine. Is Ableton involved?
What's to stop you from continuing to use the program indefinitely?

Serial that gets changed. While the seller may be able to use Live for a while, he cant upgrade it. And as soon as he's done a reformat.. Its gone with the wind...
No new unlocks.
