oxygen

I have a oxygen 8 (v1) that a friend gave me, but Live 6 is not recognizing it. I downloaded the drivers for Mac OSX. I even went into Utilities and "scanned for MIDI devices" Live recognizes my other MIDI controller. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello,
Even before looking into Live, you must look into the Audio/MIDI setup utility from OSX: the keyboard should be recognized and installed there. If it is, it will be recognized in Live.

I checked and the keyboard isn't being recognized, which is why i rescanned for MIDI devices in Utilities...is there something I'm missing?

Mine has recently and mysteriously stopped working over USB.
