Serial Number

I've bought today a MIDI/USB Keyboard M-Audio, where the Ableton Lite 5 were included.
Somehow the Serial Number is missing, so I can't unlock the Program and use it!
What should I do?

is it a new m-audio product? because i recently bought an oxygen 8 and live lite 6 came with it and the serial is on a separate green piece of paper? the last midi keyboard i bought came with live lite 4 which was in a proper ableton case with the serial inside, whereas the new one, white paper case, serial separate..
if you dont have one you should contact, probably the place where you got it see what they can do, otherwise, if you can prove you bought the midi keyboard, m-audio or ableton may be able to help you??
