when i record a midi clip in ableton with my cme uf5 it records the same notes an octave up! so i have 2 notes for each note i record!! it is very strange because cme tells me to read ableton manual (?) and if i record with macbook keyboard i haven't problems!!

you need to turn off the dual button on your controller, it's sending a note an octave above. it's your controller not live where the issue is
